Sweet Italian Sausage is a perennial favorite. This sausage is from hogs raised in the fields and woodlots of eastern North Carolina. Our farmers are members of the North Carolina Natural Hog Growers Association and are Animal Welfare Approved. We never use growth-promoting antibiotics or added hormones, and grow our own non-GMO crops for feed.
